DEFENSE CLAIMS CO-DEFENDANT CONFESSED TO WILLIAMSPORT DOUBLE HOMICIDE
Defense attorneys for Troy Bennett Bailey, charged in a Williamsport double homicide, claim co-defendant Muhammad Davis admitted to the shootings. Bailey’s attorneys requested prison blueprints to determine whether such communication was physically possible. A judge denied the request. Bailey remains jailed without bail.
